What is a CQV Trust?

First of all, it’s important to understand the system and process that is in place to make sure that as good citizens, we comply with the rules and regulations of the country we occupy.

Most of the time 99% of the people inhabiting a country (the UK or the USA or any commonwealth country is essentially what I am referring to here)

In your everyday life you go with the flow.  You do what you’re told.  You register your marriage, your children’s birth, your car, your house, your driving licence…everything that you are required to by mandate, order or decree…none of which are a law or the law.  But of course that all depends on what law we are referring to.

I did law at university and attained a law degree and a diploma in legal practice and at one point I was a Notary Public and could confirm any document under power of attorney.  But was that the law.  It certainly was A form of law that everyone seemed to recognise.

But recently, in the last 5 years, I have seriously questioned if the law I was practising was the right law. 

Anyway, if we use the law as it stands, 99% of the country complies and does what it’s told.

So we register.
